You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including business details, shipment information, contact information, and payment information. You must not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activities. You agree to comply with all applicable transportation, customs, tax, and safety laws in connection with your use of the platform.
4. Listings, Quotes, and Transactions
Any freight listing, quote, request, or booking submitted through the platform is subject to review, approval, and modification by the parties involved. Loads Africa may provide tools to help match users, but we are not a party to the underlying transaction unless otherwise specified. We do not guarantee that any listing will be accepted, completed, or profitable for any user.
5. Payments and Fees
Fees, commissions, and payment terms may apply to services offered through the platform, depending on the applicable service arrangement. All amounts are due according to the agreed schedule, and users agree to pay any applicable fees, taxes, or charges associated with the services they access or provide. Loads Africa may suspend access to the platform for non-payment or delayed payment.
6. Cancellations and Terminations
Either party may cancel a booking or service arrangement in accordance with the terms agreed at the time of booking or as otherwise permitted under applicable law. Loads Africa may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time if a user violates these terms, engages in misconduct, or poses a risk to the platform or other users.
7. Privacy and Data
Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your data as described in that policy, including for account administration, service facilitation, communication, and legal compliance. We will handle personal and business information responsibly, but you remain responsible for the data you submit.
8. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reuse, distribute, reproduce, or modify any platform content without prior written permission, except to the extent expressly allowed by these Terms of Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loads Africa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the use of our platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability in connection with the platform shall not exceed the fees paid, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to the Terms
Loads Africa may update or revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on the platform or otherwise communicated to users. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
